Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
BH Frontier Solutions Inc. (“BHF”) warrants that all products manufactured and sold by BHF (“Products”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”).
2. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Consumable materials, including but not limited to batteries, lamps, filters, scrubbers, and other items that are expected to be replaced periodically during the life of the Product.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to BHF’s instructions.
Normal wear and tear.
Products repaired or altered by anyone other than BHF or its authorized service providers.
3. Remedies
If a defect arises within the Warranty Period, BHF will, at its sole discretion, either:
Repair the defective Product at no charge;
Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product; or
Refund the original purchase price of the defective Product.
Any repaired or replaced Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the purchaser must:
Contact BHF’s customer support to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect.
Ship the defective Product to BHF’s designated service center, transportation and insurance prepaid, in accordance with BHF’s instructions.
Products returned without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
5. Limitation of Liability
This warranty is the exclusive warranty given by BHF and supersedes any prior, contrary, or additional representations, whether oral or written. BHF disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall BHF be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Product, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, even if BHF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
